Is there a free trial?+
Yes — every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card required to start.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from the billing page in your dashboard or by emailing hello@deskmira.com. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Does Deskmira take a percentage of my bookings?+
No. Booking deposits go directly to your own Stripe account — Deskmira never touches your client payments. We only charge the flat monthly subscription fee.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through Paddle, our payment processor. Paddle handles tax compliance globally so you see one transparent price at checkout.
